Walked into this diner and immediately felt uncomfortable. My family and I were completely ignored when we entered. No greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. We ended up seating ourselves and sat there for 15 minutes without a single staff member checking on us. During that entire time, employees clearly saw us especially a woman chose to look right past us. What made it impossible to ignore: a white family walked in after us and was helped almost immediately. Only when we were about to leave did someone finally come over and ask, “Can we help you?” By then, the message was already clear. This place did not feel friendly toward Black customers at all. The treatment was cold, dismissive, and honestly humiliating. This wasn’t just “bad service.” It felt like we weren’t wanted there. Will not be returning, and I suggest others think twice before supporting a business that makes people feel unwelcome based on who they are.

The stories you hear about their burgers/cheeseburgers are true. A very good, and large, cheeseburger on a kaiser roll. Tasty and juicy without ruining the roll. Their French fries were some of the best Ive ever had..crispy and wonderful.

Stopped in for breakfast on the way through town. We both got omelettes. Food was decent but eggs was overcooked. Prices were wrong on the menu. We asked and waitress said yes omelettes were $2 higher. Staff was great but food subpar and we are feeling it an hour later. Noticed someone eating a burger which looked good. Not coming back for breakfast.

Old diner in an old town. Food (breakfast) was very good - better than most diners. Scrapple was cooked perfectly, hash browns were done just right - not tough, not undercooked, but tender and not too brown. Food came quickly after we placed our order. It's in an old building in an old town. Expect some character and patina. We will definitely be back when we're in this area. FYI - cash only, so be prepared.

Nice diner nesled in the Poconos. Fresh taisty scrapple, large Large Burgers. Very Large. Delicious cheeseburger. Ni e interior decor. Reasonably price. Great value. Great service. Clean and friendly.
